Our Services
Reiki is a complementary therapy suitable for all ages. In the UK it is used in various contexts, including private practice, complementary therapy centres, GP surgeries, cancer support centres and hospices. Through its holistic approach to stress reduction and relaxation, Reiki stimulates and strengthens the body's capacity to self heal, restoring inner balance and promoting wellbeing.
At your first Reiki session, I will take your name and basic details, and you’ll fill out a complementary therapy consent form. You’re welcome to share any health concerns if you wish, but this is optional. Reiki supports the whole person, not just specific symptoms, and all shared information is kept confidential.
You’ll stay fully clothed and lie comfortably on a treatment couch or sit in a chair if preferred. My hands will be lightly placed in various positions on or over your body, ensuring a respectful, no-touch approach in certain areas. I typically begin with the head and focus on areas needing the most attention, guided by the sensations in my hands. No massage or physical manipulation is involved, ensuring a gentle and calming experience.
Access Bars Therapy is a touch therapy where 32 points on your head are manipulated. This therapy treatment helps to remove unhelpful thoughts, behaviours and patterns. Allowing you to focus on you, and what you need to achieve out of your life.
During the treatment you remain fully clothes and be on the therapy bed.

Elizabeth's Healing, established in 2024, is a Somerset-based sanctuary dedicated to holistic well-being. I am a dedicated Reiki Master, Access Bars Practitioner, Flower Therapy Healer and Indian Head Masseuse, specializing in holistic approaches tailored for individuals with autism and learning disabilities. With years of hands-on experience working closely with clients with learning disabilities, I have developed a profound understanding of the unique ways to support and empower each individual’s well-being.
My practice is rooted in compassion, deep listening, and the desire to create an inclusive environment where all feel safe and nurtured. Currently, I am also on my own healing journey, which deepens my commitment to helping others find their path to balance and peace. Whether you're seeking relaxation, stress relief, or a more profound connection to your inner self, I am here to guide you every step of the way.

All services are offered mobile in Somerset. Kundalini and Reiki Healing are also available as a distance therapy via Zoom.
